Freight hauling

Coruscate Trucking

On time and on pace. That is the whole job, and it is how a carrier earns the second load.

On time On pace Planned before promised Care, communication, appreciation
The mission

Our mission

On time
and on pace.

Those five words are the standard Warren Hines Jr set for Coruscate Trucking, and they carry more weight than they look like they do. On time is the pickup and the delivery landing when somebody said they would. On pace is everything in between, held steady enough that nobody has to chase us for an update.

Freight is a business of small promises stacked on top of each other. Miss one and the whole day behind it moves. So we plan the run before we take it, and we say what we can actually do rather than what sounds good on the phone.

What we haul

Freight moved, start to finish.

Coruscate Trucking runs freight for shippers, brokers and businesses that need a load to leave one place and land at another without drama. If you are wondering whether a run fits us, ask.

  1. 01

    Contract freight

Regular, repeating runs for shippers who would rather stop shopping for a carrier every week. Same carrier, same standard, every time the load comes up.

  2. 02

    One-off and spot loads

Something needs to move now and the usual carrier is booked. Give us the pickup, the drop and the window, and we will tell you straight whether we can hold it.

  3. 03

    Time-sensitive runs

Loads where the clock is the whole point. These are the ones the mission was written for, and they get planned before they get accepted.

  4. 04

    Broker partnerships

Open to brokers who want a carrier that answers the phone, keeps the paperwork clean and does not go quiet halfway through a run.

What we stand on

Three values, one load at a time.

Warren wrote down three words when he started this company. They are not decoration. They decide how a load gets handled and how the person on the other end of it gets treated.

Value 01

Care

Freight belongs to somebody. It is inventory a store is waiting on or material a crew cannot start without. We handle it like it matters, because for the person expecting it, it does.

Value 02

Communication

Bad news early beats good news late. If a run shifts, you hear it from us first, with enough time to do something about it. No silence, no guessing where the truck is.

Value 03

Appreciation

Nobody has to give us their freight. We treat every load like the opportunity it is, and we tell the people who trust us with it that we noticed.

The standard

The way a run should go.

There is no secret to this work. There is a way of doing it that respects everyone's time, and a way that does not. We picked the first one and we hold to it.

01

The run gets planned before it gets promised

Miles, hours, and the window all get looked at first. If the timing does not work, we say so up front rather than finding out on the road.

02

You know where the load is

Updates come without being asked for. That is what communication means here, and it is the difference between a carrier and a partner.

03

The paperwork is clean

Documents come back complete and on time. It is unglamorous and it is exactly the part that decides whether the next load comes our way.

Behind the wheel

About the owner

The goal is to change lives.

Warren Hines Jr, owner

Warren built Coruscate Trucking to be more than a truck and a load board. The long-term goal he wrote down was to change lives, and in this business that starts close to home: steady work, a company somebody can be proud to drive for, and a name that means something when it shows up on a bill of lading.

Coruscate means to sparkle, to throw off light. He chose it on purpose. A trucking company earns that kind of name by being the one that shows up right, not by saying so on a website.

Ready when you are

Got freight that has to land on time?

Coruscate Trucking is taking on shippers and brokers who care about the same things we do. Contact details are being finalized and will live right here. Until then, know the standard: the run gets planned, the load gets watched, and you hear from us before you have to ask.
